The Information System and ePayment Portal (iSEP) is a prototype platform of DPWH Regional Office XIII, integrated with IDMS to support efficient and transparent public service delivery.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By using this portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. DPWH may update these Terms anytime without prior notice.

Terms of Use

By using iSEP, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all submissions and transactions.
  • Ensure that all submitted data, documents, and materials are authentic, valid, and compliant with DPWH standards and requirements.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Notify the system administrator of any errors or discrepancies within seven (7) calendar days from submission; otherwise, entries shall be deemed final and correct.
  • Use the system strictly for lawful, official, and authorized government-related transactions.

This system is provided "as is" and "as available."

DPWH is not liable for system interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the portal.

Data Privacy

All data is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and used only for official purposes.
