The DPWH Regional Office XIII โ€“ Quality Assurance and Hydrology Division (QAHD) has implemented the Information System & ePayment Portal (ISEP) as a digital platform designed to streamline assessment fee processing, reduce manual transactions, enhance transparency, and improve public service delivery.

ISEP provides faster, more convenient, and accessible services through online transactions, real-time document tracking, and electronic payment integration. The system supports the Departmentโ€™s digital transformation initiatives by promoting a more efficient, paperless, and client-oriented process.
