The collaboration between the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Land Bank of
the Philippines (LANDBANK), and Bureau of Treasury (BTr) on the adoption of ePayment system for
material testing fee aims to promote efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the processing
of material testing fees.
The ePayment system enables contractors to pay material testing fees online through
LANDBANK's electronic payment portal. The system also provides real-time monitoring and reporting
features to ensure that all payments are properly accounted for.
Through this collaboration, the DPWH streamline its payment processes, reduce administrative
costs, and improve its overall service delivery. Meanwhile, LANDBANK and Bureau of Treasury
leverage their expertise in electronic payments and financial management to support the
implementation of the ePayment system.
Overall, the collaboration help improves the efficiency and transparency of government
transactions, and promoting the adoption of digital payment solutions in the Philippines.
